The COVID-19 pandemic era is a test of whether a business, institution, country, or even an individual can survive or sustain on a micro level. It faces two tests: First, survival or sustainability related to personal, employee, and community health; second, resilience and sustainability against the economic crisis caused directly or indirectly by the COVID-19 pandemic. This knowledge and expertise have been invaluable in my profession as CEO of PT Micronics Internusa, Chairman of ABDI (Big Data & AI Association), and Chief Editor of Komite.id magazine and portal.
My background is engineering, so I chose the topic of Sustainable Development related to Development in the Information Technology sector with the title “The Impact of Investment in Information Communication Technology (ICT) Service Sectors on Gross Value Added (GVA) and Enterprise Surplus During the Big Data era (2009-2013) utilizing IO Table (2008) from BPS (Central Statistics Agency). My dissertation in English utilizes the collaboration of the Doctoral Program in Economics, Trisakti University with the School of Global Environmental Sustainability, Fort Collins Campus, Colorado State University. The Doctoral Program in Economics with a full scholarship from LEMHANNAS, as an alumnus of PPRA XLII/2008, I was able to complete with the best graduate predicate with a GPA of 3.70 on October 10, 2015.
